Our lash menu spans four signatures: Classic extensions (one premium lash per natural lash for a refined mascara effect); Hybrid extensions (50/50 or 70/30 classic-plus-volume mix for both definition and density); Russian volume (ultra-fine 0.03–0.07mm fibres hand-fanned for soft, feathered dimension); and Mega volume (10D–16D fibre fans for editorial density). Every set and every lift begins with a mapping consultation. We study your eye shape (hooded, almond, monolid, deep-set, close-set, round, downturned), measure facial bone structure, check natural lash health under magnification and plan a service that flatters you from every angle. You will see lash map diagrams, swatches and curl options before we begin. Nothing is applied until you have signed off on the design.

All lash work at Azizam uses medical-grade cyanoacrylate adhesive (latex-free, formaldehyde-free, HEMA-free) and PBT fibre extensions from approved European suppliers. Tools are sterilised between clients; under-eye gel pads, mascara wands and micro-swabs are single-use and opened fresh on your bed. You will see every consumable unboxed from sealed packaging in front of you before your appointment begins.

Full sets last 4–6 weeks with fortnightly refills. Lash lifts last 6–8 weeks. Natural lash shedding of 2–5 lashes per day is normal; new extensions are layered onto the next growing lash as older ones fall, so your set stays looking dense between infills. For maximum retention, avoid water and steam for 24 hours post-application and cleanse with the foam wash we recommend — never oil-based cleansers.

Aftercare is how you make a lash set last. Cleanse lashes daily with foam lash wash; brush through with spoolie every morning; skip waterproof mascara, eyelash curlers, oil-based skincare on the lash line; sleep on a silk pillowcase if possible; come in for infills at 2–3 weeks. A proper aftercare routine extends retention by up to 40% and protects your natural lash health under the extensions.
