Before any service, we analyse your brows under magnification, measure facial symmetry with brow mapping tools and photograph the starting point for reference. We test-tint or lightly outline what we propose so you see the shape before it becomes permanent. No service is started until you have explicitly approved the design in writing on your digital consultation card — this is your face, your decision.

Semi-permanent brow work uses single-use sterile needles, pharmaceutical-grade pigment and a fresh sealed tray for every client. We use PMU pigments manufactured to EU cosmetic safety standards, not tattoo inks — the difference matters for how the pigment ages, fades and heals over 12–18 months. You will see us open sealed equipment in front of you before we begin every appointment, without exception.

Day-same services — lamination, shaping, threading, tinting — take 30–45 minutes each with transparent pricing and no tier games. Lamination gives you the lifted, brushed-up finish that suits full or downward-growing brows; threading and shaping remove strays with precision across sparse or over-plucked brows; tinting deepens sparse brows for up to 6 weeks. We recommend the right combination based on your brow density and hair colour.

Semi-permanent work includes a complimentary touch-up at 6 weeks to refine depth, tone and strokes once the initial healing has settled. For lamination we follow up at 4 weeks to check the lift is holding and advise on home-care. These reviews are complimentary across the service menu and built into the initial booking price, never separate or upsold at checkout.

After healing, semi-permanent brows last 12–18 months before needing a colour refresh — a “perfecting top-up” at around 15 months. Annual refreshes are lighter appointments (60 minutes vs 90–120 of the original) priced at about 40% of the initial service. We keep your exact pigment blend and stroke pattern on file, so the refresh is a perfect continuation rather than a redesign.

Contraindications for semi-permanent brows include pregnancy, breastfeeding, Accutane within the last six months, blood thinners without doctor clearance, and active skin conditions on the brow area. We ask about all of these at booking and again at the consultation.
